What is CAT and is it right for you?

CAT is a relational talking therapy, where we use our relationship and others in your life to try and understand your world. We identify patterns you may be repeating that are no longer serving you well and we find alternative ways of being that can lead towards the future you hope for.


CAT is not focused on traditional diagnosis and is more interested in how you experience life and finding a collaborative understanding and dialogue around this.


CAT can be used for a great number of ‘conditions’, but also for those who just feel there are patterns or issues in their lives they wish to address, understand and change.
